Rhumb is an agent gateway for external tools. It provides Rhumb Index for scoring and comparing services, and Rhumb Resolve for routing supported capability calls through governed execution rails with receipts. The repository exposes an MCP package for Claude and other MCP clients, plus public API endpoints for read-only discovery. Discovery works without authentication, while execution requires a governed API key, wallet-prefund, or supported payment path. The README describes tools for service search, scoring, alternatives, failure modes, capability discovery, resolution, estimation, execution, and receipt lookup.
